The laboratories are equipped for advanced electrochemical characterization, featuring a variety of potentiostats and galvanostats from leading manufacturers, including the PARSTAT 2273 (Princeton Applied Research), the multichannel VMP3B-20 (BioLogic), and the GAMRY Ref3000. For impedance spectroscopy and dielectric analysis, the lab includes a Frequency Response Analyzer (Solartron 1260) coupled with a dielectric interface (Solartron 1296). Additional instrumentation includes precision electrometers, multimeters, DC power supplies (Keithley, Agilent Technologies), and picoammeters/voltage sources (Keithley), supporting a broad range of current and voltage measurements. Electrochemical measurements are further supported by rotating disk electrode (RDE) and rotating ring-disk electrode (RRDE) setups from Pine Research and Princeton Applied Research.

The group also has access to custom laboratory-scale setups for device-level testing of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells and Electrolysis Cells (SOFC/SOEC), metal–air batteries, redox flow batteries, microbial fuel cells, and PEM water electrolyzers, enabling integrated electrochemical performance evaluation under realistic operating conditions.
